LaTale is a 2D Side scrolling Fantasy MMORPG that looks a lot like WindSlayer and Pi Story. Unlike other MMORPGs LaTale has a good deal of character customization and numerous skill trees for each class. Like MapleStory, LaTale’s game play feels extremely polished. This game is definitely worth checking out.

Con: Clumsy controls [Running + Looting could have been a lot easier]

LaTale is a 2D side scrolling fantasy MMORPG. The game looks incredibly similar to Wind Slayer and Pi Story, but has game play similar to MapleStory. Don’t let the 2D graphics turn you off from this game, the graphics are beautifully rendered and complimented with catchy background music. Before I started playing La Tale my expectations were quite low, as nearly every MapleStory “look alike” I’ve played was lack luster at best. LaTale however, blew away my expectations, the game is simple yet addictive. Start off by selecting one of the game’s four classes; Warrior, Knight, Mage and Explorer.
