”City Empires” is a browser-based city simulation title, where players become the Mayor of a new city, and must improve it to increase citizens and their happiness.
 

Offering players complete control and power over their very own town, city and country, “City Empires” is an online text-based strategy game that targets a very specific audience, and while it provides little in the way of compelling gameplay or action, it makes up for it with its lifelike scenarios and long-term addictive (if repetitive) style.
 

Players are given complete control over their cities, and must meet the demands of the people by providing them with food, water, energy and protection while still making enough profit to expand the city outwards. A game of time, discipline and patience, “City Empires” won’t satisfy everyone, but should happily provide something entertaining to fans of the style.
